Each year, RideWise nominates partner schools that take proactive measures to make it safe and fun for students to walk and bike to school. The NJDOT recognized six schools in Somerset County for SRTS programming. Four of them are North Plainfield schools!

Congratulations to the recipients of the Governor's Educator of the Year Awards which recognizes and acknowledges the exceptionally skilled and dedicated educators throughout the State of New Jersey. 

We are excited to announce our participation in the One Judge/One School outreach program. The program pairs judges with area schools for the purpose of providing an introduction to the judiciary and the day-to-day operations of the courts.

North Plainfield School District has met the requirements to achieve Sustainable Jersey for Schools certification this year, ensuring that all six schools are now re-certified. 

Hispanic Heritage Month is September 15 - October 15. Check out all the events happening throughout the district.
